Position Purpose: Within the Consulting & Services department, the Learning Solutions & Change Management practice focuses on getting client’s Sales Force Effectiveness and Marketing Effectiveness initiatives implemented and on helping pharmaceutical companies drive behavioral changes in their organization. Company specializes in building change management initiatives and advanced training solutions.
Principal Accountabilities: china business risk Business Leader: Will report to the head of consulting and you will be in charge of this department in China. Will need to build and grow the structure. The objectives will be in terms of customer satisfaction and based on revenue/margin. Will work very closely with the regional team china management Business Development: Will be responsible for selling the training portfolio to our customers in China; As such, will need to work with the sales team, train the local account managers to the products, coach them and help them close deals. Project Management: Will design and implement change management and advanced training initiatives for the customers. This will include both sales force and marketing initiatives. Training Delivery: Will be in charge of overall customer satisfaction and will need to organize the delivery structure. This will include training the trainers and delivering some of the courses.
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required: china management Should have minimum 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in China and have occupied different positions in Sales and Marketing, ideally as a National Sales Manager and/or Marketing Manager. Experience as a training manager is a plus, but not mandatory Should be an expert in the SFE and Marketing effectiveness fields in China. Passionate about change management and training. Should be extravert, a good communicator and not afraid to speak in public A business owner and feel comfortable managing a budget. Be autonomous Have a strong customer focus and be capable of working under pressure to achieve the targets Have good computer skills and be comfortable with all Office suite software Fluent in English
