Asterisk
Asterisk is an open source VoIP PBX system you can run at home, or even at your business. BALU has a number of folks on the mailing list who have Asterisk implementations including large-scale commercial use, but I decided to throw up a few wiki pages here to document my experiences as a brand new Asterisk user setting up a home installation. Please feel free to add to these or make any corrections.
