I'm Jeff Roberts, better know as jeff@adambrothers. I'm the Sys Admin, or IT Manager at Adams Brothers Produce. We use linux in all sorts of ways there. Our phone system is asterisk http://www.asterisk.org, an open source pbx that runs on linux. We have five sites that use it, and they are all tied together to make one mega pbx. We also use ltsp http://www.ltsp.org at all our locations. We've some other boxes running linux doing various jobs too.
