I am John Pilman. I am a Mechanical Engineer (Geaux Tigers) and have used Unix and Linux occasionally since about '92. My work with automatic industrial control systems usually forces me to use Windows. I have Ubuntu on one box I use to serve up Samba file shares and for some recreational use.

I live in Pell City, so I don't get to many BALU functions.
